Macuch is a Certified Master Trainer and Licensed Judge with the Pennsylvania Police K-9 Association, and he has been breeding German Shepherds since 1978.

           Macuch and his wife Tammy, reside in West Hazleton, Pa. where they have continued to breed an occasional litter, and have been importing German Shepherd puppies and dogs since the mid 1980’s. We have puppies available only occasionally, since we do not mass produce puppies.

           We have developed very close relationships with some of the finest breeders in Europe, and several times yearly, we travel to different countries in Europe where we will evaluate and hand select dogs or puppies to bring to the United States.

           As a trainer, we are able to train the people that purchase our dogs if they are located within our proximity, and we are a major support system to the new owners of our dogs. We believe that all German Shepherds should possess good sound nerves, excellent temperament, and balanced drives, as well as brains, beauty, and courage in order to fulfill the purposes for which they were purchased by new owners.

           We have sold dogs throughout the United States and Canada, as well as Puerto Rico, and have many satisfied owners, who have come back to us to purchase second or subsequent dogs. We are capable of providing dogs or puppies for family companions, personal protection, executive protection, police patrol, narcotics or explosives detection, as well as search and rescue training.

           We are also capable of providing trained and titled adult dogs from Germany, the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic, Hungary, or Austria. We also have contacts with excellent breeders from Holland.

           We at DEKKA-HAUS GERMAN SHEPHERDS will only deal with quality dogs, and are very proud of the reputation that we have built over twenty-five years. We can provide references upon request, and guarantee any dog or puppy that we sell.
